Nanosoft Technology Inc. built the SyncServe app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Nanosoft Technology Inc. and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding the update version history as we enhance the product efficiency by fixing the product bugs as well as introduce new features.
Update 0.5.7.0
BUG-FIX
- Invoice assignment is not needed when importing Credit Memo from Reliable Parts
- Old entered information is cleared on the data entry form when importing from Reliable Parts multiple times
- Shipped quantity is used as received quantity while importing from Reliable Parts
- App Crash resolved while reporting work order and parts together
- ServiceBench Claim Status DUPLICATE will be marked as PAID when received. This should disappear the claim from the home screen list of submitted orders
- When invoice count is more than 1, Reliable parts import will show all available invoices
ENHANCEMENTS
- Converted the home screen frames to widgets.
- Added “Version History” option to see the list of bug-fixes and enhancements. Also notify the user when App is updated in the background.

- Contact update was disabled on Service screen. Now contact can be updated on Service Screen
- Notes update was disabled on Service Screen. Now notes can be updated on Service Screen
- Enter/Return key-press is captured as “Go” for different data entry fields to reduce use of mouse for faster operations
- Upgraded the Scheduler Add-in Version
- Mandatory sync-up of environment when local database is not synced up for last 7 days
- When invoice count is more than 1, Reliable parts import will show all available invoices
